How to drive a race car

"I raced for 4 years and now I miss every second of it"
How I did it: I raced for the first time when I was 12 years old. I raced what is called a junior dragster. Honestly, I really didn't have anything to do with accomplishing this goal. My dad bought me a race car, and I started racing.
Lessons & tips: Racing brought my family very close together, and unfortunately when our family stopped racing we slowly grew apart. It is a great way to bond with a lot of people.
Resources: Drag racing is something everyone can do even with your own street car. Obviously you want to be safe when you do this so go to your local drag strip. Use the power of google, and search for local drag strips in your area.
