How to walk faster
How I did it: I kept an audit of how long I was doing everything, including walking. I walked as close to 10,000 steps as I could. I tried to get done in less than 100 minutes. Sometimes I can get done in less than 90 minutes.
Lessons & tips: Keep walking. You may discover some day that you are walking faster.
Resources: A pedometer is indispensible. A computer to track the exercise is also useful.
