How I did it: I should not have been judgemental about anybody. People come in work place from different back ground. They are not accustomed to the grace and etiquettes needed in the office. Why should I expect personal respect from them. They are not my family. I have stopped paying attention to them.. But sometimes I feel pity on them. They have just joined  the office and they have miles to go. What to say only time will teach them few lessons.
