How to get therapy.
"Best not to put it off."
How I did it: I kept putting off getting therapy because I thought I wasn't ready to take on the extra expense. Then I realized that part of the reason I feel like I can't take on extra expense is because of my psychological money issues, which is partly what I need therapy for.
I figured that it was probably worth investing in now and maybe the therapy will help me deal with it.
