How to give up fast food
How I did it: Now I still go out about once a month and get breakfast from McDonalds, but compared to my past history, I am considering this goal complete! I have made huge progress, and both my body and my wallet are in better shape because of it!
Lessons & tips: Stop going out unless you have to! I used to leave campus daily, and now I leave once every week or two. It saves gas and money.
Resources: The crappy parking situation on campus. Half of the time I don't go anywhere, it is because I don't want to lose my parking spot! But I save a lot of gas and time, so there are more benefits!
