How I did it: I learnt through classes, stitch & bitch groups, sewing circles & watching my Nanna at her machine - but ultimately it took me just diving in there and having a go.
Lessons & tips: Don't be scared you'll make mistakes, that the piece won't be perfect, that the seam will be crooked... of course all these will happen. That's how the learning process works...
