How to lose another 10 pounds
How I did it: you know that yogurt commercial?--the one with the lady eating the yogurt, and her teeny weenie yellow polka dot bikini is hanging on her closet door for inspiration? at the end of the commercial, she goes off to the beach, proudly wearing her bikini.
well--i have pieces to a belly dance outfit i am putting together. i plan on dancing for my weight watchers group when i become a lifetime member.
i am halfway to my personal goal of losing a total of 40 pounds. when i lose an additional 16 pounds past that, i become a lifetime member, and when that happens, i dance for them!
Lessons & tips: go to weight watchers and stick to the program. and don't forget you also have to exercise. three are many ways to do this, it doesn't have to be about jogging or going to a gym. start with little things, like taking the steps instead of the elevator, or parking father away and walking.....
