How to lose some weight
How I did it: I take walks often and ride my bike to work. It's easy that way because it's fun instead of a boring workout at a gym. I watch what I eat and limit sweets but don't cut them out completely. I try to make sure I'm eating a reasonable portion and not eating til I'm stuffed. It's happened slowly but hasn't been too hard. I've lost about 50 pounds in the last year. I just need to keep it up and not slip back into the old habit of eating tons of junk and not exercising.
