How to weigh less than 200 pounds by na0

"it was easier than i ever thought it would be."

How I did it: i could go on about this for hours, but in a nutshell, i joined a gym and strictly watched what i ate. i fell off the wagon a couple times like almost everyone does... but i realized i could start over again the next day.

Lessons & tips: remember your motivation! everyone has something different that should keep them motivated. i made a long list for myself and when i was feeling crappy, i would look at my list and remember WHY i was only eating this much and exercising that much.

it’s okay, you can be skeptical. i’ve had many people ask me that. even people that know me. the “after” photo was taken in a mirror. so the tattoos were on the other arm. the arm that is raised in a position that doesn’t show my tattoos. you can see from any of my other somewhat current photos that i still have my tattoos after losing weight.
