How to weigh less than 200 pounds
"it was easier than i ever thought it would be."
How I did it: i could go on about this for hours, but in a nutshell, i joined a gym and strictly watched what i ate. i fell off the wagon a couple times like almost everyone does... but i realized i could start over again the next day.
sorry that i don't have an updated photo to go with this. i figure the 210 picture was good enough.
Lessons & tips: remember your motivation! everyone has something different that should keep them motivated. i made a long list for myself and when i was feeling crappy, i would look at my list and remember WHY i was only eating this much and exercising that much.
Resources: diet/exercise podcasts, gym, personal trainer session(s), vitamins/supplements
