How to slow dance

How I did it: He grabbed me and suddenly we were dancing without music in the middle of the kitchen. I didn't know what I was doing and I nearly fell over several times when he spun and dipped me. It was so much fun.
Lessons & tips: None! I'm horrible at dancing but amazing at enjoying it.
