Not to sound creepy, but you look great! Hopefully I can look like that soon…
How I did it: I joined a gym with a personal trainer and let him guide me through the process. Step 1) evaluate my diet. I cut out all processed foods/white breads/white pastas etc, avoided sugars (ate tons of sugar free foods) and stuck to lean healthy proteins like ground turkey and chicken.
I also watched my portion sizes, ate 1500 to 1800 calories a day (I now eat around 1800 because I have a ton of lean muscle) and ate 5 small meals a day. I also eliminated alcohol from my diet all together.
I also exercise at the gym 5-6 days a week, and weight train 5 days a week. I am stronger than I have ever been, and in the best shape of my life. I dropped 3 pant sizes and 3 dress sizes..and I'm stronger than some of the guys at the gym!!!
I went from 33% body fat to 19.5%. I now have new goals - and want to be a fitness/body builder!
