How to eat healthier
How I did it: I eliminated processed food, white pasta and breads and sugar from my diet. I
I then made sure that all my carbs that I ate were from healthy low glycemic sources like fruit, veggies, and oatmeal/quinoa. Made sure to eat only healthy fats, took Omega-3 supplements, and lean healthy protein and fat free dairy products.
Then I aimed to drink 98 - 110 ounces of water a day ( I live in the desert...so I have to drink a lot of water).
Lessons & tips: Listen to your body. If you stop eating something, and it starts to make you sick after you eat it - your body is telling to you not eat that food.
