How to become a pesco-vegetarian
"It was tough in the beginning but once I got in the habit of just always looking for alternatives it became much easier."
How I did it: In the first few month it was really hard and seemed like meat products were everywhere! I ate a lot of seafood because that was all I thought I could eat, but after a few weeks I began to look for alternative sources to protein and alt-meats. I began to try new foods that I never would have such has falafel and many different currys. Eating meat now never really crosses my mind and i've lost 10 pounds!
Lessons & tips: Having friends who are vegetarians or vegans really helps because they can help you discover new foods other than that just don't be afraid to try new things
