How to work on being less anxious and worried all the time

How I did it: I am not sure how I did this, but in third year, i just didn't get that knot in my stomach during exams or presentations. I just set myself on a path and went from there. I tend not to worry about the little things because I have realized that life is more important and should be spent laughing and being happy rather than dark and anxious.
