How I did it: I scanned my old photos of my dad, but also old black and white photos that he took when he was in his twenties, trekking around the world as a young man. He passed away in 1984
I want to rescan then using a higher resolution, and make a nice photo book using blurb.com, then give them to my brothers.
Lessons & tips: Put a day aside, and scan at the highest resoltion that you can.
