How to try yoga
"I went to a few yoga classes years ago and I wanted to try it again."
How I did it: I joined the local YMCA and found a class that fit my schedule. I procrastinated for a few weeks-and I finally went yesterday. It was great and I can't wait to keep updating my progress under my exercise goal.
Lessons & tips: Don't be a wimp like me and put it off. Yoga is gentle and challenging, try it and you'll see.
