How to loose 10 pounds
How I did it: After getting into hospital, I just reassessed my health. I started working out more (pretty much every day) and eat smaller portions. Key here is to have snacks so you can stop yourself at lunch and say if i'm still hungry, I'll finish this at 2 pm.
Really no gimmicks or magic diets. Portion control and exercise and I think cardio works better (aka a bit faster), especially moderate cardio. You also have to push yourself, e.g I was running before at 6 mph, running at 6.5 was hard so I didn't push it (would run for 5 min). My friend taught me a trick where you add intensity every 2 min and then get down, it's easier to do things if it's just for 2 min
