How to start running
How I did it: For a long time, I ran outside, I hated the weather ups and downs. I stopped running due to twisting my ankle about a mile from my house, which I had to limp home. After that I bought a treadmill, 200 bucks later, I've come to find it was a great investment. Plus, the money I spent makes me want to use it. I run 10 miles a week now, hand have lost 8 lbs.
Lessons & tips: Start out slow, and it's not about distance if your running to lose weight. It's about time, 30 mins a day is said to be good, but an hour is better. Once again work up to it. If you feel like your going to pass out/vomit, stop, rest, or go to the toliet. Always, always drink water before and after running.
