How to do 43 random acts of kindness in 2008.

How I did it: I looked for unique opportunities like giving an armband to the next person that wanted one when I knew I wouldn't use it after purchasing something at a store it came with. Other times, opportunities presented themselves quite blatantly. This would be like some of my massage therapy sessions or donated meals from leftovers.
Lessons & tips: Don't be afraid to go out of your comfort zone to do this, but make sure you're keeping safe, too.
