How to try mineral makeup
"Try before you buy!"
How I did it: I went into a Bare Minerals store at a large mall near me and started talking to one of the sales people. I raised some concerns I had about reactions to the product, and he invited me to try it out. About twenty minutes later, the demo was done and although I liked how my skin looked, I did not like how it feels or smells.
The products he showed me cost about $100 total, so if I ever decide to take the plunge I'll know I made a more informed decision.
Lessons & tips: After hearing about reactions my mother had to a set of mineral makeup,
I was wary of shelling out money to something that might not work with
my skin. They have samples and do your makeup for a reason - so don't feel weird taking them up on it.
