How to cook one meal a day

How I did it: I found easy meals to make that I don't get sick of, such as salads, steamed vegetables with chicken, and a chicken/veggie/cheese dish that's microwave-easy. I use frozen chicken breast strips on all of these meals. Learned the quickest, easiest ways to cut each vegetable. Use mostly pre-packaged lettuce.
Lessons & tips: Find convenience items that aren't unhealthy, and a few recipes that you can interchange ingredients in, that you won't get sick of.
