How to stress less
How I did it: If you are having anxiety attacks about your life while you work, like I do often, then you need to set this as a goal immediately. If you ever find yourself seriously or jokingly considering suicide as a "way out," than you need to set this as a goal.
I listened to a speaker on how to stress less, and she made some valid points. You cannot solve stress related issues by simply ignoring or running away from them. You must confront the source of pain and by honest about the way you feel.
For me, the stress has been a growing thought that I am wasting time at my job or doing whatever I am doing. My journals weren't helping, so I made a conscious effort to get enough sleep and rise up early with a smile. Perseverance and a positive attitude are the key to overcoming anything.
Lessons & tips: Take a walk. Talk to yourself and others about the issues. Phrase your goals with the prefix "Wouldn't it be great if I could..."
