How to look good in a bikini this summer

How I did it: I worked out, ate better than I have in the past and got over my general shyness in the swimsuit department by trying on what I liked and then just buying it. The biggest challenge was actually putting it on, but on the beach with strangers I knew I would never see again was liberating. Making me more comfortable in my skin.
Lessons & tips: -Eat right--fruits, veggies, (less chips, dips, fatty foods), yogurt, and cheese sticks to cut back on hunger
-Work out--running and doing cardio twice or three times a week boosted my metabolism and my self-image
-Get over your psychological hump-Don't beat yourself up when looking in the mirror, say positive things and soon positive things will begin to happen
