How I did it: The internet makes this much easier since many spa sites contain bios about the staff. Find a place that matches your style---casual, sophisticated, etc.
Lessons & tips: If you are unhappy with the massage, let teh manager know. I had a bad massage once and didn't say anything. I regret it because massages aren't inexpensive, and it's supposed to be a wonderful experience.
