How I did it: signed up to the gym (YMCA) and made myself go to Body Pump classes on a regular basis. Also, had the trainers there create a small weights machine regimen for me so that I would know I had no excuse if a pump class wasnt on
Lessons & tips: adding weight was the only thing that made a difference - my 30 yr old weight gain & slowed metabolism needed weight training added to help me tone up/lose weight
