I ate about 500-1000 calories per day and drank lots of water. I have a gym membership too, so I went there 3 times a week. I ate a protein shake for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch and water, and for dinner I had whatever my mom made, or bought. Like at High Tech Burrito, I’d get a godzilla in a bowel. That’s lettuce, tomatoes, chopped steak, guacomole, sour cream, pinto beans, and brown rice. It’s about 350 calories. My protein shakes are 190 calories each, so my total would be about 730 calories for that day. If you have any questions, or anything else, just ask me. :)
