How to lose 7 kilos by November 1st

How I did it: i lost a bit of weight but it turns out that my scales were wrong the whole time so i was sort of already the weight that i wanted to be.
i was complaining to my boyfriend one day that i couldn't understand how i'd put on so much weight in Europe that i now weighed over 65 kilos (i'm quite a small person), and he told me that there was no way that it was right, so i tried another scale in my room and it said the same thing.
little did i know that the scales were coming up wrong because they were placed on a slant, because my house is old and the floorboards need to be replaced because they're warping.
a pleasant surprise to find out that i only weigh 55 kilos :)
