How I did it: I never really dug exercising, but after my doc wrote me a prescription stating I needed to start, I figured I had to find something I liked. This is the key! If you torture yourself with some boring exercise, you'll never stick to it. I've found walking to be my source of joy, so speed-walk over an hour almost every day. I feel so much healthier, and I didn't even realise I felt bad before! It helps your immune system too, I'm convinced! Just all around, exercising makes you feel better, as long as you're doing something you enjoy.
