How to stop saying YES to pratically everything.
How I did it: I am constantly saying "Sure" to everything, whether I have time or not. I start out with the best of intentions and end up frazzled, angry and unproductive.
It's taken me about a month to get used to telling people "Look at what all I've already got to do, and you tell ME if you think I should tell you 'Sure!' right now".
It's been working so far, no one hates me and I have more time to do what I need to do.
