How to quit Smoking
"My lungs feel SO MUCH BETTER."
How I did it: Well, it started with being sick with the flu for a week. After, I didn't feel like smoking. This has been exactly a month ago now. I will be honest and have slipped up a few times but I haven't bought a pack since the 2nd week of October! While a lot of my friends are smokers, I've been trying to hang out with non-smokers more, especially when drinking since that's when the cravings are worse!
Going to the gym really helped me to cut back in Aug/Sept because I wouldn't want to smoke BEFORE working out so my lungs wouldn't burn and then AFTER working out, I felt too good to smoke! So it's been a process and I will probably slip up a few more times but the worst is over, I believe.
