How to notice negative thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts
"I'm doing this automatically now!"
How I did it: I just kept practicing. I have gone through so many stresses, its just necessary to do this whenever something gets me down or I run into an obstacle. It became automatic. I just had to stop and think the positive thoughts and make the effort. I looked at how I was catastrophizing and making generalizations, and labelling myself in negative ways. Once I thought things out I felt better.
Lessons & tips: Just keep doing it and it will become automatic.
