How to cook more meals, eat out less

How I did it: throughout the past year I have made small changes to eat home/brownbag more and eat out less. I invested in a very nice lunchbag (I travel A LOT for work so I pack my meals) and lots of lots of tupperware for portion control. I have weeks where I'm better at it than others but it really comes down to planning and taking one day to cook all your meals for the rest of the week.
