How to master the Release Technique
"Out of pain for the first time in 12 years."
How I did it: I ended up going to one of the longer retreats. While I can't say I've truly "mastered" the technique, I have incorporated it into my everyday life. Being able to just let things go quickly has allowed me to get off the emotional roller coaster, get out of physical pain, stop the constant babbling in my head, and feel clearer and more centered.
Great way to learn how to "let go and let G-d" (or the Universe, or whatever).
Lessons & tips: Even doing it haphazardly I saw results, but didn't see amazing results until I used the method consistently and correctly.
