How to find out who's subscribing to me :) by Alaythia

How I did it: I asked!  When it comes to finding out who your subscribers are, subtlety does not work well.  You can look at your "cheers received" tab to get an idea for who's most consistent in cheering you but that's no guarantee.  The easiest way to do it is just to adopt this goal, post a question and see who bites.  Some people will tell you they're subscribed to you and others will still lurk anonymously in the shadows.  It's their choice and their right.  I still have no idea who most of mine are.

Lessons & tips: It's okay to be curious, but don't overly obsess about it.  Subscribers come and go as they please.  It's easy to feel discouraged when you lose one...or two, or three, or four...but don't let it bother you too much.  Just be yourself, pursue your goals and don't let your fear of alienating one or two people keep you from writing about what's important to you.

I searched yesterday or the day before, it turned up nothing. I have not found a way yet, but it may take longer than that for Google’s bots to find the page.

I am. Reading from your page helped me navigate the site and besides that I found some cool stuff too :). I’ve never actually seen a real field of flowers like in your main pic…looks nice.

Yay! I’m glad I was helpful. : D

The field of flowers in the picture behind me is very close to the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport in Texas. The flowers are bluebonnets and they abound in central Texas in late winter/early spring. I don’t live there anymore so I miss them. : /

I tend to click subscribe and read the stuff every now and again but not really speak out. Normally I think you’ve got people you’d talk to on here and I’d just kind of be butting in.
But yea that’s me though, but slightly less creepy than lurking; more urm sitting quietly lol

I have a feeling that the majority of the people subscribed to me are from the olden days. When I wasn’t active on here for a year or so I noticed that when I came back that I hadn’t lost all that many people—probably because they hadn’t logged on to notice that I wasn’t posting. Either that or they’re all really devoted. But probably the former. :P

I was pretty much inactive through a good portion of 2009/2010 (and still not as active as I once was). When I started to resume my activity somewhat, I removed people I’d subscribed to who really weren’t around that much anymore, but I kept a few in the hopes that they’d still pop in periodically. I’m glad I didn’t delete you!
