How to drink more water
"It's easier than you think and well worth the little effort it takes to change your habits."
How I did it: I started taking two 500 ml bottles of water with me to work, and drinking one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I now drink a pint of water in the morning with breakfast, and one or sometimes two in the evening,
Once I got used to it (about day 3) I didn't even think about it anymore!
Lessons & tips: Don't give up - the benefits ARE worth it
