How to make my final teaching placement my best yet
How I did it: worked my ass off!!
I had a mighty hard class and with all of the paper work oon top I was sooo tired! I just kept on going and trying eevery method I could to get the kids to do what I wanted them to do and I got there in the end!
For my own teaching I guess you learn from experience. I kkept evaluating what I had done and improved on it the next time!
I don't feel that I have taught them a great deal as I have had to focus on the behaviour of the kids so much but they are pretty much sorted now so the class teacher can focus on pulling up their levels! I'm sure I have taught them stuff, just sometimes I felt as though I was banging my head against a brick wall!
There are 2 kids I feel I have managed to make a bit of a difference with which is a good feeling! Hopefully I have aand they can maintain the way they are at the moment!
I think I have definately learnt a lot though and had a great time! Fingers crossed I manage to get some work in the csame school!
