How to do the splits
How I did it: I gradually stretched my legs every single day, however, I have always been able to kick my right leg extremely high... we're talking above my head here. I never took advantage of my high kick skills, because I have always attempted to do a split sideways. However, I learned that by stretching my right leg in front of me and then sliding down, I COULD DO A SPLIT!
