How to channel my anger positively, or at least not negatively.
"Let go, and focus on the beauty and positive things in life. It passes by, don't waste time in anger."
How I did it: When you learn to let go, to see things in from a broader perspective, the little things that normally brought you to anger don't matter anymore. You just keep smiling, keep running. Now when I am angry, I clean, I watch movies, I dance... I focus on the beauty of life.
