How to drink more water
How I did it: keeping track of how many glasses I drank on a daily basis, for about 9 weeks. I used a dry/erase board and put up 10 lines each morning and the # of glasses I drank of water the day before to help motivate me and keep me aware of how I was doing. It really helped me to get into the habit of drinking water throughout the day
Lessons & tips: keep track for a few weeks
Resources: water bottles with the measurements on the side so you know exactly how much water you are consuming
