How I did it: Little by little. I finally got comfortable enough knitting that I would knit while watching a movie or TV, and eventually I was taking my knitting to class and doing it while listening to lectures! :)

Lessons & tips: Make the decision and commit to it. I started and stopped knitting my scarf so many times that every time I would go back to it, I'd unravel it and start over due to mistakes, forgetting how to knit, etc.
