How to complete the twenty pull-ups challenge (twentypullups.com)

How I did it: Ok,
so here i was buying this pull-up bar on ebay (15 Euros).
All I could manage was about 2 or 3 consecutive pullups...
Eventually I found this awesome website telling me I could get all the way to 20 within 6 weeks.
Since pullups focus on a bunch of different muscle groups and aren't exactly performed regularly (besides when doing the exercise) I experienced a fast increase in strength and muscle volume.
I was able to do 6, then 8, then 12, 14 and guess what: Today I did 20.
This really means a lot to me and I have gained much more from it than just muscle tissue.
