How to start doing yoga at least once a week
"so worth it - yoga makes me feel better - and better about myself - and improves my posture!!"
How I did it: I found some Sara Ivanhoe dvds that do 20 min yoga instruction. I committed myself for a week or two and now I do 20 min 5 days a week! I feel so much better when I do do it that it makes it worthwhile to put forth the effort. Now I want to do more....
Lessons & tips: Find a class/instructor or dvd/instructor that you can relate to and that you like. (for example I want enough time in the pose that I do not feel rushed and can really stretch into it)
