How I did it: I worked hard, learned a lot about Apple and its culture, and got really lucky. I actually switched to Mac in February of 2006 and ever since, I've kept up with the latest Apple News. I guess this was a case of an Apple fan turned employee!

Do you have to be really close to the city listed as having work from home tech support jobs at Apple’s website or can you be fairly far and still get the job (like in a different state nearby).
Also, which Apple certifications do you recommend to help to try to get a work from home Apple tech support job.
