How I did it: I had done this a year or so ago, and I believe it was around Thanksgiving. I went Sunday to Sunday without eating meat. I meant for this one to be Sunday to Saturday, but on day #8, I only felt like eating cereal and soup, so once again it was a "No Meat Week + 1 Day."
Working at Subway, I always get meat sandwiches, but for this "mission" I had a cheese pizza one day and a veggie sandwich the next.
So, mostly I ate cereal, soups (tomato and Ramen), and peanut butter/cinnamon sandwiches. EASY!
