How to floss daily
"No sweat. Just need to focus on making it a habit each and every time you brush!"
How I did it: I no longer just brush my teeth. It's a 3-step process. Brush, floss, mouthwash. No exceptions. You don't do one without the others. After a few days, it just comes natural.
Lessons & tips: If you hate using string floss, try the floss that comes in a multiple pack with plastic handles. They are very helpful. Also, before you brush, have the floss and mouthwash laid on the counter so you can jump right to the next step.
