How to start a blog

How I did it: I set up a posterous.com account and just started doing it. I write notes in my iPhone notes app while I'm on the train and post directly from my iPhone by emailing my posts to my blog. Visit mine: citybaby.posterous.com -- I update weekly.
Lessons & tips: Set a reasonable update schedule for yourself.
If you have a thought, write it down and save it in a place like google docs so it is easy to complete when you have more time or have thought it out more.
Set up your blog so that new posts automatically update your social network pages like facebook and twitter to build a following quickly.
