How to quit Smoking
"probably one of the best things you can do to improve your life"
How I did it: By reading a book (which doesn't do the trick all by itself, though) and realizing that smoking really, really, really makes your life worse and less enjoyable. For yourself and for the people around you. And that you're basically being a junkie and behaving like one. Which is humiliating.
Lessons & tips: just do it. drink a lot of water, eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. be brave for 3 days for physical effects (3 weeks for psychological ones, 3 months for memory)
