How to lose weight
"Even after 40+ pounds, I'm still working to achieve my goal one day at a time."
How I did it: Fruits, vegetables, exercise, and less gross food and soda. It really doesn't get much simpler than that. To be honest, I don't want to write anymore but "there were errors with this submission", so apparently I have to. How's that?
Lessons & tips: Stick to your guns and know that even if you slip up and "treat" yourself on occasion to just get back on the horse. So many cliches here, but it's so true.
