How to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
How I did it: Well, I think you can´t really say you "did" learn BJJ, because its a long journey and it´s a lifetime passion.So my intention was to find a group, test it and "build" my life around the training schedule (took me all in all 6 month). So, for now I can say, that the training is fully integrated in my life and I am just sure to keep on training!
Lessons & tips: As said above, persistance is the key! To strengthen it you need motivation, therefore my tipp is to watch videoclips, read books and sight everything BJJ related to get really hot for it! And enjoy!
