How to exercise regularly

How I did it: I started slow, setting an overall weekly cardio goal (3 hours) and number of strength workouts (2). I brought my lunch to work on a daily basis, with an extra piece of fruit (in case I got hungry in the afternoon). I also made sure the cardio I was doing included hiking, which I really enjoy.
Lessons & tips: If you're into the outdoors, Sierra Club and Meet Up groups in your area are good ways to find like-minded people. I also recommend doing a mix of cardio -- I do a couple of hikes a week and elliptical workouts on the days I don't hike.
